Huge Little Minds supports families who feel they’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to make a real difference. If your child is struggling with anxiety, worry, big emotions, or challenging behaviour — or if something is just not 'clicking' at home right now — you’re not alone. I help parents and young people move from overwhelm to calm with simple, realistic strategies that genuinely work in everyday family life.

I offer personalised support for both parents and young people. Every child is different, every parent is doing their best, and every family needs a different approach. Together, we get to the root of what’s going on, work through the challenges step by step, and help you get out the other side with simple strategies that actually work.

With over 14 years supporting young people's emotional wellbeing — and my own lived experience as a parent — I blend professional expertise with real-life understanding. I offer 1:1 support online or in person, along with workshops and easy-to-follow online courses for parents who want help they can actually use at home.
