We offer 6 week baby wellness programmes in Glasgow City Centre.

Our programmes are specially designed for babies and their parents and carers. These programmes help babies develop and thrive whilst nurturing bonding and attachment with their parent's. Our programmes aim to specifically develop your babies reflexes, bodily systems, fine and gross motor skills, social skills and emotional wellness and system regulation.

All of our programmes are led by fully qualified early years staff, baby massage instructors and baby yoga instructors. We offer the following programmes:

- Little Rays Baby Massage Programme

- Little Rays Baby Yoga (for 8-20 weeks olds) Programme

- Little Rays Baby Yoga (for20+ week olds) Programme

- Little Rays Sensory Programme

We also offer 1 off baby spa sessions, a special bonding experience for you and your baby.

We are located in Glasgow City Centre. Rise & Shine: Little Rays of Wellness, 107 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7JD. This is close to all the major bus routes, Glasgow Central Station and Queen Street Station. There is on street parking but this can be costly. We are very close to the Q-Park multistorey carpark on Waterloo Street. If you book in advance you receive a 10% discount and if you have a blue light card, you can get 20% off any prebooked spaces.
