Our 2-hour classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn some basic first aid skills, while giving everyone the chance to ask questions and get involved, so that everyone leaves with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly and calmly in an emergency.

Classes are suitable for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, babysitters, family and friends. Babies under 1 year old are most welcome to come along too!

Recovery positions for babies and children/adults
CPR for babies, children & adults

Febrile seizures
Bleeding
