Little ones of all ages, from newborns to toddlers, are welcome in every class, however you must be at least 6 weeks post-vaginal birth / 8 weeks post c-section before your first session (12wks + for Strength)

Sweaty Mama - Low impact cardio & resistance class with the option to babywear. The perfect way to get back into exercise after giving birth, get your heart rate up & build strength through functional exercises that help to support your core & pelvic floor.
Strength - Low impact, postnatal safe cardio, strength & toning class at a slightly higher intensity, focusing on protecting & supporting your core & pelvic floor & continuing to build full body strength
