Sweaty Mama - our main mother and little one class, no childcare no problem, bring your little one with you for a unique, fun and effective workout which offers a range of exercise options to suit you and also the age and development of your child. Focused on having fun and bonding with your child whilst enhancing your cardiovascular fitness, strength and tone in the key areas after birth through aerobic, resistance led and floor work. Our class is also suitable for Pre Natal Mamas and Mamas with older children.

????????‍♀️ Bootcamp - Sweaty Bootcamp is a female only, fun, feisty and effective evening workout with the girls. Suitable for all levels of fitness, we undertake effective, varied game orientated sessions which will keep you on your toes with different workouts every week. It’s really effective for improving your fitness and burning fat whilst gaining muscle tone. This time we leave little one at home, giving you the chance to come and join the girls to have some fun and giggles while burning some serious calories.
